Tax Credit Closings Extended

The Senate voted last week to extend the closing to September 30th for those under contract to purchase a home and receive the home buyer tax credit.

This extension is for those that met the April 30th purchase contract deadline and nows extends the time to close to the end of September rather than the end of June.

Mark your calendars for the Keller Williams free concert series at Kings Harbor.  NEW Summer concert series is every Thursday night from 6-9pm.   Please join us for live entertainment and balloon animals, face painting, and a clown for the kids!  The regular montly Keller Williams concert series upcoming events are on the 3rd Friday of each month with the next events on Aug 20th, Sept. 18th, and Oct. 16th.

Choosing a Certified Sellers Representative (CSR) to help you with the sale of your home ensures you will receive the highest quality professional knowledge and advice to help assist you during this critical time. CSR agents undergo an intensive amount of initial and ongoing training to keep them tuned in to the pulse of the marketplace, an advantage reflected in the many areas in which they receive training. CSR agents will diligently research home pricing trends in your area and carefully analyze your home's value in order to provide you with an accurate, honest property market analysis.

Unlike other seller's agents, a CSR agent's commitment goes beyond the standard seller agency responsibilities of honesty, loyalty, dedication to purpose, and always acting in the Seller's best interests. A CSR agent also brings an arsenal of expert skills to the table, receiving specialized training in crucial areas such as Short Sales, Pre-foreclosures and how to prevent Foreclosure, Negotiation, and Home-Staging skills. 

All CSR agents are also required to be members of the National Association of REALTORS®, and as such must adhere to their stringent code of ethics, which includes demonstrating ethical conduct and integrity in every aspect of their real estate career.

Prior to receiving their CSR designation, designees must work a minimum number of transactions and provide documented recommendations from satisfied customers before they become eligible for their certification. Once a member of the Seller Agency Council, CSR's have access to a nationwide network of qualified agents and brokers from who to seek advice and share ideas.
