How does it work?

We will get in touch with you to set up a time meet with you and view the property.  When we meet, to expedite the process, we ask that you have all copies of your current mortgage or loan documents along with copies of any 2nd mortgages or home improvement loans that you have.  After viewing the property and discussing your needs, we will put together an offer package and will review it with you in detail.  We can have an offer back to you in usually 24-48 hours and often times sooner.  In some cases we can buy the very same day.  It's important that you act immediately to stop foreclosure.  Each day that goes by can reduce your options for a solution.  When you accept our offer, we handle scheduling the closing and all the necessary paperwork.  All you need to do is come in to sign the final documents.
