Operating a green business is good for the environment and helps conserve
resources where possible. To help save our Livable Forest called
Kingwood and all the forests our there, our office uses the latest
technologies where possible to help eliminate waste.
We encourage communications via email and always read messages to
determine if its necessary to print them. If it's not, then we don't.
We reduce fax related paper waste by using efax services that allow us to
transmit and receive documents electronically.
For our transactions, as long as all parties agree to electronic
signatures, we utilize an electronic signature system for our clients to
sign contracts and documents.
Of course, with legal docouments such as real estate purchase contracts,
there are times that printing is required. When necessary and
allowable we print double-sided documents.
Environmentally firendly actions don't have to be large to have an
impact. Consistently reducing the amount of energy, water, and paper
our business uses makes a big difference to the environment. Lots of small
things put together can be a big result!
