Tax Credit Closings Extended
The Senate voted last week to extend the closing to September 30th for
those under contract to purchase a home and receive the home buyer tax
credit.
This extension is for those that met the April 30th purchase contract
deadline and nows extends the time to close to the end of September rather
than the end of June.
